  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop comprehensive project briefs that capture scientific and educational objectives, guiding the project from initiation to completion.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal cross-functional teams (scientific, creative, project management, digital), fostering efficient collaboration and ensuring alignment on status and requirements.
  • Lead and facilitate client meetings, presentations, and workshops, communicating project updates, managing expectations, and securing necessary approvals for progression.
  • Review all deliverables for scientific accuracy, compliance, and quality before client delivery.
  • Anticipate operational challenges, identify solutions, and resolve issues to ensure smooth progression and client satisfaction.
  • Manage project scope, budgets, and profitability for assigned accounts. Monitor financials, prepare reports, and ensure accurate and timely billing and invoicing.
  • Monitor program outcomes, gather data, and prepare reports on project performance to identify areas for operational improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior account team members and contribute to their development.
