Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Property Co-Ordinator to join a busy team supporting commercial property portfolios. This full-time role involves managing tenancy changes, liaising with clients and suppliers, and maintaining data integrity within key systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage tenancy changes
  • Liaise with clients and suppliers
  • Maintain data integrity within key systems

Qualifications

  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Experience working with databases and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • A proactive, customer-focused attitude

Desirable

  • Previous experience in utilities or a similar fast-paced environment is advantageous

Location & Hybrid

This role is based in Cardiff City Centre with a hybrid working pattern (3 days in the office, 2 days at home) and comes with excellent benefits.
