JOB DESCRIPTION We are currently seeking a Senior Administrator to join our thriving team at Anglian Home Improvements, a leading provider of home improvement solutions. As a Senior Administrator, you will be responsible for key administration functions within the region, covering a wide range of administration duties. We're looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised individual with the ability to delegate and manage the team with positivity. Key Responsibilities
To work closely with the Customer Operations Manager, Senior Installation Manager and Regional Operations Manager to support the depot/region. Provide administrative support to the Senior Management Team as required, including stock management. To be responsible for the administration of the recruitment process. Keep accurate records, monitor and report on employee’s absence and holidays. Process pay on a weekly basis for self-employed staff. To take minutes at meetings and produce letters as required. Varied financial tasks. Complaints management. On an adhoc basis you may be required to fulfil certain duties on behalf of the Customer Operations Manager and Regional Operations Manager as directed.
Key Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational abilities with a keen attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is advantageous.
