Senior Administrator – Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust, Manchester, England Job Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and motivated person to join us in delivering a first‑class administrative service to support the Senior Leadership Team and the wider Estates & Facilities services. Key Responsibilities
Provide accurate minutes of Directorate, Management and Service meetings. Diary management – use electronic diary, ensure diaries are free from clashes, plan meetings well in advance and have all papers available to facilitate meetings. Assist in providing a professional and comprehensive administrative service to the Senior Leadership Team and Estates & Facilities services. Work proactively, use initiative and judgement to manage workload and provide customer‑focused service. React calmly when dealing with multiple tasks that need to be delivered to tight timeframes. Willingness to work from one base but may be required to support at other locations.
Qualifications & Skills
Excellent computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft Office suite. Good written and verbal communication skills. Positive attitude, flexible, proactive and able to work using own initiative. Desirable: Access to suitable vehicle/other means of transport for business purposes.
