Overview A nice RIBA practice with 10 staff members has enjoyed a successful 2025 and this is set to continue into the new year. They have 40 years in business and an envious client base throughout the region. Role and Responsibilities
Work on bold contemporary designs and listed buildings, running projects from stage 4 onwards. Produce high quality technical drawings and production information, working towards handover. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and keep within agreed timeframes. Engage with clients and contribute to project delivery with attention to detailing and technical accuracy.
Candidate Profile / Qualifications
Strong detailing skills and a good understanding of how different building types perform and stand. Comfortable working with clients and able to communicate effectively. Proven ability to run projects from design through construction documentation and towards handover.
Location and Work Environment Bath, in a spacious studio with an excellent working atmosphere and a low staff turnover.
