Overview Senior Architectural Technologist — Huddersfield (Hybrid working). Salary £45,000 - £50,000 + Car Allowance + Great Benefits + Progression. An excellent role on offer for a Senior Architectural Technologist looking to join an innovative consultancy who predominantly work within the social housing sector. Responsibilities

Produce technical design drawings for RIBA stages 2 to 6. Attend client meetings and liaise with contractors providing technical advice where needed. Work in a fast-paced team on multiple projects of varying size and scale (large scale new build residential developments, social housing schemes, major fire safety and recladding to existing tower blocks). Engage with varied construction methods and maintain strong technical ability across construction forms.

The Candidate / Requirements

Previous experience in a Senior Architectural Technologist role. Strong user of Revit and AutoCAD. Residential/Housing experience. Good communication skills.
