Office: Clerkenwell, Central London with Hybrid working 1 day per week from home Hours: Full-time, permanent position – Monday to Friday Duties
Deliver detailed technical drawings and specifications to building regulation standards Lead on project coordination with clients, contractors, and consultants Undertake the Building Safety Act Principal Designer role where required Manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously Mentor and support junior team members Contribute to maintaining strong client relationships and project outcomes
Requirements
Degree or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology or related discipline Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and associated design software Experience as Principal Designer under the Building Safety Act, or readiness to step into the role Strong practical knowledge of UK building and planning regulations Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively
