OverviewWe''re partnering with a well-established, global professional services consultancy that''s expanding their Design division and now seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join their progressive and collaborative team.Based out of Newark with agile / hybrid working, this role will see you working across a range of high-profile commercial and industrial development projects. You''ll be hands-on in delivering technical design models, drawings, and project coordination - while also supporting design management, client communication, and mentoring junior team members.This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to make an impact within a supportive team that solves real-world problems through high-quality, practical design solutions.The RoleSupporting the technical delivery of projects alongside the Line ManagerCollaborating with external consultants, contractors, and clientsAttending meetings, carrying out site inspections and surveysWorking independently and using your initiative to drive resultsProducing high-quality design outputs in line with relevant legislationManaging drawing production and reviewing CAD/Revit work from junior colleaguesReviewing consultant and contractor design proposalsMentoring and providing technical guidance to junior staffUpholding strong health & safety standards and best practicesOwning your professional development and staying ahead of industry standardsAbout You – Skills & ExperienceQualifications:NVQ Level 4 (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline - minimumDegree in Architectural Technology - preferredEssential Experience & Skills:5+ years of relevant industry experienceStrong technical delivery background across commercial and/or industrial projectsAdvanced Revit and CAD capabilitiesLine management and mentoring experienceSolid project management awarenessConfident communicator - both written and verbalHighly organised with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritiesProficient in Microsoft OfficeWhat''s in It for You?You''ll be joining a forward-thinking consultancy that values innovation, collaboration, and career development.
