With a strong reputation for quality, collaboration, and innovation, they are now seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their growing team.

The Role

As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you'll play a key role in the delivery of projects from concept through to completion. You'll work closely with architects, engineers, project managers, and clients to develop technical design solutions and ensure high standards of detail, compliance, and buildability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical design and coordination of projects across multiple sectors.
  • Produce detailed working drawings, specifications, and tender documentation.
  • Manage projects through all RIBA stages, ensuring compliance with building regulations and quality standards.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Mentor and support junior team members.
  • Contribute to the development of BIM and Revit standards within the practice.

About You

  • Qualified Architectural Technologist (CIAT membership or working towards).
  • Proven experience delivering projects in a consultancy environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM workflows.
  • Excellent understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methods.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
