Position: Senior Architectural Technologist

Location: Nottingham

Salary: Up to £55,000 + 3 days hybrid working

With offices throughout the UK they are looking or a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their growing Nottingham team.

Our client has an extensive list of completed and ongoing projects ranging from large-scale new build and refurbishment projects to small value design and construction work, up to the value of around £50m.

Senior Architectural Technologist Position Remuneration

• Competitive Salary £50,000 - £55,000 (DOE)

Senior Architectural Technologist Position Overview

• Work on a range of large-scale projects within Residential, Commercial and Industrial sectors
• Liaise with other professionals
• Develop project briefs
• Work from inception to completion
• Produce high quality design for a range of exciting projects in a variety of sectors
• Meet with professionals / clients to agree a project brief
• Maintain and form good relationships with colleagues and clients
• Use a mix of Revit and AutoCAD

Senior Architectural Technologist Position Requirements

• Experienced Architectural Technologist, ideally working towards Chartership
• Revit proficient
• Lives within a commutable distance of Nottingham
• Strong technical design skills
• Presentational and report writing skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Experience across all RIBA Stages
• Good knowledge of building regulations
• Driving licence
