Job Title: Senior Architectural Technician

Salary: £35,000 - £42,000

This is an excellent opportunity to join a multidisciplined practice who offer exceptional design services to a wide range of building sectors. They are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Architectural Technician to hit the ground running for their Glasgow offices.

Duties

• Lead on a range of projects through all RIBA work stages
• Liaise alongside clients and other members of the teams
• Produce detailed drawing packages using Revit
• Carry out site visits and ensure high quality and compliance is achieved
• Carry out architectural drawings and specifications and construction documentations

Skills and Experience

• Relevant degree within Architectural Technology
• Strong post qualification experience as an Architectural Technician within a UK practice
• Proficiency with Revit is essential
• Job running experience
• Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
• Healthcare sector experience would be advantageous
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent technical and detailing skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the Glasgow area
