Senior Business Analyst

Full-Time (37 Hours)

Salary Scale: £45,000-£50,000 pa

Role and Responsibilities

Choice is seeking to appoint a Senior Business Analyst within the Digital Transformation Team. You will be at the forefront of our digital transformation journey, facilitating strong business engagement to drive innovation and success. You will bridge the gap between technology and our business objectives, ensuring that our digital solutions meet the evolving needs of our organisation. Your ability to understand and align digital strategies with the broader business landscape will be pivotal as you collaborate with cross-functional teams, listen to stakeholders, and advocate for the effective use of digital tools. You will inspire teams to harness the power of technology, foster creativity, and maximise the value of our digital investments, enabling the organisation to stay agile, competitive, and responsive to the changing digital landscape.

Essential Criteria

  • At least 3 years experience of working in a BA role
  • Business Change Management
  • Continual Service Improvement
  • Project Management Waterfall / Agile; Business process improvement (including Lean)
  • Modelling business processes
  • Business Case Development & Benefits Management
  • Stakeholder relationship management
  • Requirements definition & lifecycle management
  • Process design & re-engineering
  • Business process testing
  • User experience analysis
