Senior Campaign Manager

What you’ll do

  • Lead in the planning of campaigns targeting a wide range of talent segments globally.

  • Collaborate with talent acquisition teams and stakeholders to identify key hiring priorities and align campaigns with specific job requisitions and talent pipelines.

  • Work closely with internal Talent Attraction teams to ensure timely delivery and smooth execution of campaigns across multiple platforms.

  • Create engaging content and ad copy, working with the design team to ensure consistent branding and message alignment that resonates with candidate personas.

  • Manage relationship with key stakeholders and compile reports on campaign outcomes.

  • Partner with the wider Talent Acquisition (TA) team, Workforce Intelligence and Talent Acquisition (WITA) partners and business stakeholders to ensure campaigns alignment on broader Citi recruitment priorities and diversity goals.

  • Stay updated with external market insights including competitor analysis and candidate behaviour insights.

  • Organise and prioritise multiple campaigns and tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and campaign elements are effectively coordinated.

  • Maintain clear documentation of campaign details including performance data, creative assets and key learnings for future reference.

What we’re looking for

  • Expertise in digital marketing, recruitment marketing, or employer branding.

  • Strong understanding of tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, programmatic advertising and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).

  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven track record of leading large-scale, data-driven campaigns with measurable success is a plus.

  • Experience in recruitment marketing within a corporate environment is a plus.
