Job Summary Senior CIAM Engineer – Permanent – Locations: Edinburgh, Peterborough or Witham – Expected starting salary £39,120 - £48,900 – Closing date: 17th November 2025 – Enterprise Technology is Aegon’s global IT partner providing infrastructure services, information security and corporate application support. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain CIAM strategies utilising Okta, Ping, IBM ISAM, and Federation Services. Support, document, and enhance CIAM integrations across platforms. Provide technical expertise, focusing on automation and process improvement. Deliver complex solutions independently, with minimal oversight. Uphold service level agreements (SLAs) and optimise the performance of web services. Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience with IBM Security Access Manager and Okta (Auth0). Strong troubleshooting, communication, and project management skills. Knowledge of DNS, networking, Java/.NET, cloud, and scripting (JSON, PowerShell, Ansible, Java, Terraform). Understanding of access management, PKI, and security technologies. Expertise in SAML, OpenID, OAuth, federation, and hybrid cloud. Experience with ISAM/WebSEAL, cloud identity, and automation. Strategic thinking and familiarity with zero‑trust principles.
Working Hours This role requires non‑standard working hours (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM BST) to collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones. Benefits
