About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex civil engineering projects from start to finish.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering development and high-quality output.
• Liaise with clients, delivering technically robust and commercially sound solutions.
• Prepare and review designs, drawings, and reports (Section Agreements 278, 38, 185, 104).
• Utilise AutoCAD, Civil3D, InfoDrainage, or equivalent software.
• Maintain a hands‑on approach to design, project management, and delivery.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in a UK civil engineering consultancy.
• Proven experience leading projects and managing client relationships.
• Practical knowledge of Section Agreements 278, 38, 185, and 104.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil3D, InfoDrainage, or similar software.
• Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
• A proactive, hands‑on approach with a focus on delivery and team development.
