The Global Addressable Media team is working across London and Amsterdam, delivering digital media services to connect brands with consumers via best-in-class digital ad experiences and drive sustainable growth. We believe in the core principle of Value for All, by leading the transformation of the digital advertising industry so it creates an honest, clear & meaningful value exchange for our people, clients, society, consumers and the media industry. Together with 100 like-minded colleagues we run digital campaigns for advertisers over 50+ markets around the world. We have over 30 different nationalities in our teams and work closely with teams of Google, Meta, Amazon and many others to learn and use the most of those technologies.

We're hiring for a Senior Client Manager as part of Global Addressable in London
Purpose of the Role
The purpose of the Senior Client Manager role is to support the Client Lead in delivering exceptional results across client accounts, ensuring on-time delivery and excellence in execution. This role is pivotal in fostering collaboration internally within the company and externally with clients and partners.
The Senior Client Manager is responsible for managing team capabilities and driving innovative, creative solutions that address client needs while maximizing business value for both clients and company.
Key Responsibilities
- You'll play a pivotal role of managing relationships with key clients and stakeholders across a diverse portfolio of markets
- Your primary focus will be delivering innovative, high-impact media solutions that align with client objectives and drive measurable business success.
- You'll will oversee the planning and execution of online media campaigns, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- You'll act as a strategic advisor, offering clients data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to optimize campaign performance.
- Be responsible for project managing client communication plans, overseeing timelines and budgets, and identifying opportunities to enhance margin and value through innovation and optimized workflows.
- Lead the development of online advertising strategies across paid social, programmatic, and other digital channels.
- Manage and oversee campaign budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with financial plans.
- Provide clients with detailed performance reports, including actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications + Skills
- You have several years' hands-on experience working in programmatic or paid social activation environment.
- You'll possess a deep understanding of the media landscape, encompassing paid social, and programmatic buying, alongside exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You are strong communicator with excellent organizational abilities, you thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
- You have a proven track record in client management and media strategy.

- The team is based in our London office but operates under flexible working arrangements. The team are currently in the office every Tuesday and Thursday.
