A leading commercial law firm in Belfast is seeking an experienced Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join its growing team. The Role

You will advise a wide range of clients, from high-growth SMEs to established corporates, on complex and varied commercial agreements. The work will span areas such as supply and distribution arrangements, IP licensing, technology contracts, data protection compliance, and wider commercial and regulatory matters.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with 6–7 years’ post-qualification experience in commercial law
• Strong background in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
• Experience advising on IP, technology, and data protection matters
• Excellent client-handling and communication skills
• Commercially minded, pragmatic, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
