Key responsibilities
Underwrite new and renewal construction business, with a focus on complex civil risks. Build and maintain strong broker and client relationships, representing the business confidently in the market. Support the regional underwriting strategy and mentor junior colleagues to raise team capability.
What you’ll bring
Proven track record in construction underwriting, ideally with significant civils experience. Strong analytical and negotiation skills with confidence engaging brokers. A collaborative team player with the ability to mentor others and deliver results.
