Overview

We help communities become more resilient through smarter asset management. Our Asset Management and Regulatory Advice teams, part of the Stantec Advisory Group, deliver strategic, sustainable and innovative solutions across the Water and Infrastructure sectors. We support clients to drive performance and realise financial and social value from their assets through data‑driven insights and system‑based decision making.

Responsibilities

  • Identify improvement opportunities for clients to reduce risk and increase effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain internal and external relationships to guide and influence client strategic thinking.
  • Develop and deliver innovative, system‑based solutions across the entire asset lifecycle.
  • Support Client Service and Technical Directors with programme, project and technical outputs.
  • Collaborate with client teams and stakeholders to unlock hidden data and provide actionable insights.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of whole life asset management principles and regulatory concepts.
  • Experience working within a regulated sector (e.g., water, energy, or related infrastructure).
  • Strategic and critical thinker with excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Collaborative approach and strong communication skills.
  • Experience delivering complex client solutions and managing stakeholder relationships.
