We support our clients to help them drive performance and realise financial and social value from their assets. We do this by working with clients in a collaborative environment to provide strategic, resilient, sustainable, and innovative solutions to their performance issues. We work with client teams and stakeholders to unlock hidden data and provide insight into the performance of their asset base, helping them to work more effectively and make system‑based, informed and timely decisions.

Senior Consultant positions are available in any of our 40 offices across the UK and Ireland, with hybrid working options that combine office and home work for enhanced work‑life balance.

As a Senior Consultant you will work alongside our Asset Management and Regulatory Advice leaders to develop and deliver innovative system‑based solutions throughout the entire Asset Lifecycle, and support asset management subjects, enabling our clients to solve their most complex problems. You will support our Client Service and Technical Directors with the development, and delivery of programmes, projects and technical outputs.

About You

• Knowledge of whole‑life asset management principles and regulatory concepts, with working experience in a regulated sector (e.g., water, energy or related infrastructure).
• Comfortable working collaboratively to develop asset management strategies that deliver value for our clients.
• Strategic and critical thinking skills, with excellent analytical and conceptual abilities.
• Experience in identifying improvement opportunities that reduce risk and improve effectiveness and efficiency.
• Ability to build internal and external relationships, guide and influence client strategic thinking and raise the profile of our Advisory Services group.
• Proactive, self‑directed, and accountable in delivering results.
