Senior Credit Controller – Trafford Park, Hybrid working - 3 days per week in office

Responsibilities

• You will own a portfolio of HSS ProService Marketplace customers where you will be responsible for collecting monies owed in accordance with agreed payment terms.
• Monitor and manage customer credit limits in order to minimise bad debts, whilst maintaining positive relationships for HSS.
• Work in a target driven environment to reduce debt across your portfolio.
• Work towards targets for cash collection and reducing outstanding debt.
• Identify potential problem accounts and, where appropriate, recommend accounts to be halted.
• Represent the company and our values, remaining professional with all customers.
• Ensure accurate allocation of cash to client accounts.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve aged debt and maintain healthy ledgers.

What you'll bring

• Proven experience in a credit control or accounts receivable role.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, professional services environment.
• Proactive, solutions-focused, and results-driven.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with continuous improvement initiatives is a plus.
• Confident presenting information and attending meetings.
