All about the role

We're got an exciting opportunity for a Senior Retention Executive to join our UK team. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in being a part of strategies that fuel our customer base growth, supercharge order frequency, and keep our most valuable customers coming back for more.

You'll play a key part in managing our vouchering channel, assisting with campaign creation, budget tracking, and performance optimization. You'll also contribute to designing and delivering data-driven retention communications and customer journeys.

Location: Hybrid- 3 days a week from our London office & 2 days working from home

Reporting to: Senior Retention Manager
