Overview

We are looking for an Agile Project Manager with experience in managing the delivery of software development projects in an Agile environment. Our rapidly growing team works mainly with Public Sector organisations to deliver solutions and applications that drive value and engage customers using Microsoft technology. The primary focus of the role is to manage software development teams to deliver applications and solutions for our customers, across a variety of business applications, utilising Microsoft technologies. The role includes initiating the project, team management, working closely with customers to deliver successful projects and ongoing Managed Service Delivery.

With an office near Guildford, we specialise in Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Intelligent Automation. We have made a name for ourselves as the premier Microsoft partner in the UK implementing Power Platform based Intelligent Automation and have recently won an award for an AI project we implemented at the Department for Health & Social Care. The role would be expected to be in the office 2 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage the successful delivery of software development projects within the contracted specification, timescales and financial limits.
• Liaise and report to the Ceox Operations Director and customer executives.
• Lead and work alongside the lead technical resource to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage Agile delivery with a supportive approach, coaching junior team members.
• Collaborate with customers and technical staff to develop compelling solutions, estimates, and proposal content.
• Contribute to tender responses, proposals and presentations and review to meet customer needs.
• Contribute to other related areas including solution development, project approach, estimation, plans and improving Ceox processes and ways of working.

Your mission is to deliver projects which lead to happy customers. You will initiate and manage successful project delivery within scope, timescale and budget, reporting to the Ceox Operations Director and customer executives.

You will work alongside the lead technical resource to ensure a successful delivery. All projects are delivered in an Agile manner, and you will work in a supportive manner with the team, including coaching junior team members.
