WHAT YOU'RE HERE TO DO

  • Lead the design and execution of compelling out-of-home print campaigns that align with brand standards and marketing objectives.
  • Develop and implement digital out-of-home and digital banners that engage and drive brand recognition.
  • Conceptualise and design experiential activations, translating the brand into immersive, memorable experiences.
  • Create and roll out branding updates and refreshes, working closely with the client throughout every stage of the campaign.
  • Present ideas and creative concepts confidently to high-level clients.
  • Maintain a consistent and high-quality visual identity across all design outputs.
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring everything feels cohesive and on-brand.
  • Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to understand objectives and deliver outstanding creative work.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to push creative boundaries.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

  • Proven experience as a Senior Designer, or a confident Midweight ready for their next challenge.
  • Strong portfolio showing expertise in print and digital design; motion graphics skills (After Effects) are a plus, not a must.
  • Comfortable presenting and pitching ideas to stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, plus bonus points for After Effects and Premiere).
  • Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to develop innovative design solutions.
  • Great communication and collaboration skills; able to work with internal teams, freelancers, and clients.
  • Passion for storytelling and conveying brand narratives through design.
  • Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field is preferred but not essential.
  • Most importantly - a great attitude, a collaborative spirit, and a good sense of humour.
