It develops and maintains a technology strategy aligned with the company’s operations and business strategy, ensuring robust and compliant solutions.

About the Role

As a Senior Power BI Developer, you will lead the design, development, and optimization of BI solutions for strategic investment insights, shaping BI architecture and mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards, optimizing data loading and modeling techniques.
• Integrate data from various sources, ensuring accuracy, and develop ETL processes.
• Maintain reusable Power BI components.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Optimize reports for performance and usability.
• Provide training and support for Power BI tools and self-service BI.
• Stay updated with Power BI features and industry trends.

About the Candidate

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven Power BI development experience, preferably in Investments.
• Stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong skills in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and SQL; Alteryx experience is a plus.
• Analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to learning and development.
