The Role

This is a pivotal leadership role within the Marketing Growth function, where you will define and optimise our digital products to achieve ambitious growth results. You will lead a small team, fostering a culture of innovation, experimentation and continuous improvement. Key deliverables:

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define the vision, strategy and requirements for Formula E’s digital product suite, focusing on user journeys, conversion rates and fan growth. Build and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business objectives, commercial needs and fan expectations.
  • Testing & Optimisation: Drive ongoing testing programs across all digital platforms to ensure seamless, engaging and high‑performing experiences. Use data, testing and research to identify friction points in user journeys and drive measurable improvement in conversion and engagement.
  • Collaboration & Reporting: Collaborate across teams—technology, marketing and business intelligence—to maximise the value of digital products for fans and partners. Provide clear, data‑driven performance reports and actionable optimisation recommendations.

What we’re looking for in you

  • Significant Experience in Digital Product Management within consumer‑facing industries such as sports or entertainment. Strong understanding of UX, continuous optimisation and the digital landscape, including emerging technologies such as AI.
  • Leadership & Mentoring: Proven leader who has built and developed teams, creating a culture of experimentation and continual improvement.
  • Commercial & Analytical Mindset: Experience embedding sponsorship and other commercial opportunities into digital products. Analytical, comfortable with data and able to translate insights into actionable product strategies.
  • Strong Collaboration and Communication: Strong communicator and collaborator who can influence and build trust with senior stakeholders. Able to work with agencies and internal partners in an agile environment.
