The Role As Senior Email Marketing Manager, you'll lead email strategy across multiple brands, bringing together commercial goals, campaign excellence, and customer‑centric thinking. You'll own the end‑to‑end email lifecycle, from campaign planning, segmentation, and content development through to delivery, reporting, and optimisation. Managing and upskilling a team of passionate email specialists, you'll take the reins of CRM innovation – leading the charge on personalisation, automation, and customer retention. Key Responsibilities
Lead on multi‑brand email strategy across both triggered and promotional campaigns Drive personalisation, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing across key customer journeys Manage and mentor a small team of email marketers, creating a high‑performance culture Oversee campaign execution including creative direction, HTML, testing, and optimisation Report regularly on campaign performance, insights, and opportunities for improvement Own A/B and multivariate testing strategies to improve engagement and customer lifetime value Ensure brand consistency, deliverability best practice, and compliance are upheld
Your Experience
Proven experience in email marketing within a fast‑paced commercial environment Strong grip on HTML and hands‑on campaign building Skilled in customer segmentation, personalisation, and lifecycle marketing Experience working with tools like Google Analytics, Power BI, and ESPs (e.g. SFMC, Braze, Dotdigital) Excellent copywriting, stakeholder communication, and project management skills Analytical mindset and passion for driving value through data‑driven decisions
