As our London team grows, we have an opportunity for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join. You will support the wider team through design delivery, coordination and mentoring of junior engineers, bringing a strong foundation in Electrical Building Services design and a passion for people.

Responsibilities

  • Support design delivery and coordination within Electrical Building Services.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers in the team.
  • Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver inventive solutions for complex technical design challenges.
  • Engage with clients and ensure alignment with project visions and regulatory requirements throughout the lifecycle (feasibility to decommissioning).

Qualifications

  • Value quality and deliver technically excellent Electrical designs in the built environment.
  • Take ownership, be innovative, use initiative and be driven by client satisfaction.
  • Significant experience delivering medium-size projects or managing packages on large, highly regulated and complex projects.
  • Detailed working knowledge of Amtech and Dialux/Relux software.
  • Experience in mentoring and developing junior engineers.
  • Interest or experience contributing to bids, proposals, and tender specifications.
  • Hold a relevant HNC or degree, and be chartered (or willing to work towards this).
  • Eligible to pass criteria for security clearance and airside pass applications.
