Position Overview As a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive at MetricStream, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our organization and furthering our presence in the BFSI and Cross‑Industry sectors. We are looking for dedicated individuals who thrive on acquiring and securing new clients, as well as growing within existing strategic accounts. This is an opportunity to demonstrate your sales skills, cultivate a strong pipeline, finalize agreements, and earn significant commissions for your accomplishments. Key Responsibilities
Responsible for new logos and growing existing accounts, owning the commercial strategy Proactively seek new sales opportunities highlighting MetricStream’s GRC solutions as the transformative answer to the customer’s needs Employ a consultative sales approach, demonstrating how MetricStream can elevate the customer’s GRC capabilities and provide value Strengthen and expand relationships with executive and C‑level leaders while establishing new connections. Leverage market insights, relationship‑building skills, and solution expertise to serve as a trusted strategic partner Effectively manage your pipeline by identifying and focusing on high‑potential enterprise clients, while also addressing qualified demand generated by our marketing efforts Make meeting quotas a regular practice. Approach your work with a drive for success that propels you to surpass expectations consistently Leverage your exceptional sales skills to navigate complex deals and close with finesse and on time
Skills and Experience
8+ years of a proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas in a competitive enterprise SaaS sales environment GRC domain experience will be given preference Deep understanding of SaaS enterprise sales and complex enterprise sales cycles Self‑starter mentality with the ability to build and nurture relationships and navigate organizations A passion for consultative selling, backed by strong negotiation and closing skills Driven by the pursuit of personal and professional success, with a desire to maximize commission earnings The preference is for candidates with a strong curiosity and rapid learning aptitude
