The Corporate Operations Group delivers essential support services to ensure the efficient functioning of Macquarie’s operations globally. The team provides high-quality administrative, financial, and operational support to enable the success of our business groups. This role is within the EMEA Operations team, supporting senior executives and managing our office environment.

While Macquarie offers hybrid working, this role requires 3 days a week in the advertised location.

What will you do?

Provide high-level executive support to the CEO/COO – Head of COG, managing calendars, travel, expenses, and board matters. Oversee the operation of the Corporate Operations Group in EMEA by managing a team of Executive Assistants and ensuring administrative excellence. Act as Office Manager, coordinating office operations, facilities, technology, onboarding, and event management.
