We're seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to join our client's Finance Centre of Excellence, reporting directly to the Head of Statutory Reporting. This is a high-impact role offering exposure to senior stakeholders including the SVP Finance UK & Ireland, business finance directors, and corporate teams overseas.

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead monthly legal entity reporting into Group Corporate systems (FCCS).
  • Contribute to quarterly reporting and the production of Group financial statements.
  • Prepare UK-registered subsidiaries' financial statements under FRS 101 (18 entities).
  • Perform monthly account reconciliations using Blackline.
  • Collaborate with internal teams: tax, treasury, company secretarial, internal audit, and business finance.
  • Liaise with external and internal auditors.
  • Support ad hoc strategic projects including legal entity restructuring and dividend planning.
  • Drive continuous process improvement initiatives.

What You'll Bring

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant with post-qualification experience.
  • Strong background in external audit and statutory accounting, ideally from a Big Six firm.
  • Solid technical accounting knowledge, especially IFRS and FRS 101.
  • Analytical mindset with a logical approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Proactive, flexible, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Experience with FCCS/HFM and Oracle is a plus.
