Overview

Associate Director - Accountancy & Finance. Providing high quality Interim & Permanent recruitment solutions across the South. I am currently working with a market leading multi-national and fast paced business who are looking to add a Senior Finance Analyst on a hybrid basis (3 days in the office).

You will either be studying ACA/ACCA/CIMA and study support will be provided or be newly qualified. Role is £50-60k + a generous bonus potential.

Responsibilities

• You will provide insights and analysis to the Commercial team on opportunities to enhance margin whilst remaining profitable. Seasonal reporting and effectiveness, to aid in driving promotional sales and margin.
• Elements of weekly reporting are required, with a view to developing more automation and improving processes.
• You will provide analysis and financial support for selected business units. This involves sales and margin analysis, managing funding and retrospective supplier income agreements/ invoices and helping the commercial and supply chain teams better manage stock purchases.
• You will be expected to support with forecasting and budgeting month end accounting requirements.
• Partner with multiple stakeholders across both Finance and non-finance divisions.
• You will be responsible for one or more specialist areas in commercial finance. This includes improving your knowledge in that area, revising processes and improving reporting to the stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Newly Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or actively studying – Study support provided.
• Excellent commercial acumen within a commercial finance role.
• Highly analytical with strong communication skills as you will be partnering with heads of department across both non-finance and finance.
• Advanced Excel – Building/streamlining reports.
• Worked within a similar size business (Large corporate).
