Senior Frontend Developer – London (Hybrid, 2 days onsite)

This is a permanent role focused on shaping the future of our products and engineering culture. This isn’t just about writing clean code—it's about being part of a team, driving best practices, and mentoring others while staying hands-on.

Base pay range: This range is provided by Matchtech. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

What you’ll be doing

• Building scalable, high-quality applications using React, TypeScript, Tailwind, Cypress
• Mentoring a core team of 4 developers while also supporting a wider group of 12
• Sharing knowledge, reviewing code, and helping others grow in their careers
• Contributing to product direction and ensuring everything shipped is reliable, user-focused, and future-proof

• Strong experience with React and TypeScript
• A background in mentoring or team leadership
