Overview

Join a specialist Health & Safety team as part of a major global real estate business working as a HS Consultant and CDM Advisor on a range of complex buildings projects in Manchester. This is a hybrid role, working 1-2 days a week in the Manchester office, the rest of the time working from home. This is an established team offering good training and development opportunities. Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Experience working as a CDM Advisor is essential.
• NEBOSH Construction qualification.
• Any design or construction experience/qualifications would be beneficial.
• Open to candidates with construction safety understanding from a military background who are interested in training up a CDM professional.
