Join our friendly and empowering People & Culture (P&C) Advisory team and play a pivotal role in shaping a positive workplace culture. You’ll deliver proactive P&C support and expert advice, ensuring smooth and efficient case management, while championing compliance and best practices in P&C. You’ll be working alongside brilliant colleagues, dealing with interesting challenges and growing your expertise in employee relations every day.

The role

  • Manage P&C casework, ensuring timely and effective resolution of employee issues.
  • Respond to P&C policy and process queries, providing guidance to employees and managers.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HRIS platform.
  • Manage tier 2 P&C processes and provide support to escalated service requests; guide P&C colleagues to assist in resolutions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the wider P&C function to resolve issues and align operational support with strategic goals.
  • Generate reports on P&C case trends and recommend process improvements.
  • Assist in the delivery of P&C policy updates and process improvements.

The person

  • Problem-solving – ability to identify challenges, evaluate options and implement effective solutions with timely resolutions and impact on people and processes.
  • Stakeholder Management – ability to identify and manage stakeholder relationships and maintain communications with others, building collaborative relationships.
  • Experience in HR case management; knowledge of employment law, HR systems and case management practices.
