Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned internal client group managing and delivering an outstanding HR business service to clients. Also acts as a key facilitator and enabler of the matrixed organisation and a driver of change.

Responsibilities

• Account Management: Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal clients, including Capability, Coverage or Function Partners, Segment Heads, Head of Performance Operations (HoPO), Performance Leaders (PLs) and other senior clients as needed to fulfil capability group/specific role requirements.
• Develop understanding of the internal client group, their strategic people priorities, and their strategic people plan (SPP) to deliver the best service as part of the team.
• Deliver HR Calendar activities (GPS, performance management, salary and bonus, promotions and talent review cycles) ensuring processes align with KPMG guidelines and the client group’s people plan.
• Operate as part of a team to deliver the agreed people plan, with guidance from Lead HRBP; report actions to HoPO and Super Service Line Leader.
• Implement internal client specific projects to support KPMG's people strategy and the capability and Super Service Line people plan.
• Act as an agent of change for initiatives, embedding transformation, anticipating issues, and proposing solutions.

• Delivery of People Strategy / Super Service Line People Plan: Provide input to form the strategic people plan with knowledge and analysis of the internal client group; work with HRBP Team to roll out and monitor progress; lead analysis of management information to identify trends and suggest HR interventions.
• Delivery of HR Calendar activities: Ensure HR policy and procedures are implemented consistently; lead/run specific calendar projects; coordinate with recruitment and resourcing to understand future client group requirements.

• HR Advice: Work with ER Function to support resolution of complex/high-risk issues; provide coaching to leaders in effective people management; lead HR projects/change initiatives; liaise with Learning or Reward teams for integrated service.

Qualifications / What you will need to do it

• Strong HR knowledge (CIPD qualification or equivalent)
• Project oriented with ability to create and follow detailed project plans
• Experience in a fast-moving, responsive HR team
• Collaborative skills and ability to operate in a complex, matrixed organisation
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong delivery focus
