About the Job

This is a strategic Senior HR Business Partner position supporting UK & Ireland operations (Shepherd's Bush, Hybrid – 1 day per week from home). You'll work closely with Area Managers, aligning people strategies to business goals and ensuring high standards across performance, development, and talent readiness. My client is looking for a candidate who has come from the Hospitality Sector and has strong Employment Law in a multi-site organisation.

About the Successful Applicant

You will be an experienced HR professional coming from a hospitality background with a strong track record as a Business Partner and Employment Law, ideally in a multi-site or operational setting. CIPD qualified (or equivalent), you bring commercial acumen, excellent influencing skills, and the ability to drive people strategy while balancing day-to-day operational needs.
