We’re working with a highly respected and expanding financial advisory firm in Edinburgh that’s looking for a Senior IFA Administrator to join their collaborative team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a business that values precision, professionalism, and personal development.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Partnering with Financial Planners to deliver a seamless client experience
  • Preparing documentation for client meetings and processing new business applications
  • Managing client transactions including withdrawals, top-ups, and fund switches
  • Maintaining accurate client records across multiple systems
  • Supporting compliance and operations with data integrity and process adherence
  • Using IO (Intelligent Office) to manage workflows and ensure smooth operations
  • Identifying clients due for review and following structured workflows

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience in pensions or financial services administration
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with IO is a bonus
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure
  • Solid understanding of FCA regulations and the financial services landscape
