Fram Search is working with a highly regarded IFA firm based in central London. This is a business we know well and have partnered with previously. They have a strong track record, a stable and experienced leadership team, and a focus on working with high-net-worth clients. The firm operates a professional and supportive culture and offers hybrid working after a successful probation period.
This opportunity sits within a high-performing advice team, providing dedicated support to one of the firm’s most experienced and longstanding Financial Advisers. The role is varied and hands-on, and would suit someone who enjoys being involved in every stage of the advice process.
Responsibilities will include preparing for client meetings, maintaining accurate client records, assisting with documentation, and processing new business applications. There is also a reporting element to the role, as well as general administrative support that contributes directly to the success of the adviser and the wider team.
This position may appeal to someone who thrives in a structured but fast-moving environment, where attention to detail and reliability are highly valued. The successful individual would be working closely with an adviser who has a loyal client base and who values professional support that is accurate, proactive, and well organised. It is a chance to learn from a highly experienced adviser, to build strong working relationships, and to develop your skills within a respected financial planning firm.
We are keen to speak with financial planning administrators who take pride in their work and who want to be part of a high-quality business. Previous experience in a similar role is important, and so too is a positive attitude, a collaborative mindset, and a desire to deliver a first-class service to both clients and advisers.
Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
