The Role

As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will:

• Lead and participate in technical implementations, upgrades, and ongoing support for mission-critical systems.
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex 2nd and 3rd line issues.
• Contribute to M&A integration projects, ensuring smooth onboarding of new sites.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide networking, telephony, cloud, and hardware solutions.
• Support Microsoft 365 migrations and automation through PowerShell scripting.
• Maintain technical documentation, standards, and compliance across the infrastructure estate.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Occasionally travel to European sites (expenses covered).

What We’re Looking For

• Expertise in networking, ideally with experience of Fortinet (FortiGate, FortiNAC, FortiClient, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer), plus exposure to Cisco Meraki, HPE Aruba, Ruckus, and Mikrotik.
• Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 migrations (BitTitan experience is a plus).
• Skilled in PowerShell, with ability to create custom scripts.
• Experience producing technical documentation and network diagrams.
• Strong communicator with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
