The post holder will principally control, co-ordinate and implement criminal intelligence allocated research projects at strategic, tactical, and operational levels, making recommendations to support the prioritisation and development of a diverse range of operational and crime reduction activities.

The post holder will be expected to contribute to NHSCFA strategic overview of crime impacting upon the health group by using their initiative to highlight through analysis and interpretation significant conclusions and key judgements.

NPPV2 vetting is required

  • In association with the Central Intelligence Lead or the Strategic Intelligence Lead the post holder will contribute to the agreed plan of activity that will drive forward the unit’s activity in meeting the organisational strategic objectives.
  • Provision of both tactical & strategic analytical support including production of high-quality Intelligence Assessments, providing options for future activity in line with the National Intelligence Model.
  • Regular use of a range of analytical techniques and specialist computer software to understand, interpret, compare, and present a wide range of highly detailed and complex fraud related information.

This role is based in London and offer flexible, hybrid, office and home-based working. In addition to the advertised salary working in the London area will attract High-Cost Area Supplement where appropriate.
