Private Markets - Executive Search

The practice focuses on hiring across all areas of the sector to C-level and will give you exposure to a diverse and wide client base as a platform to your continued success. The consultancy has offices UK/US/Asia and is committed to growth via excellence delivered with emotional intelligence and forging trusted partnerships globally.

Who we would like to hear from

Executive search or quality contingent background seeking a step up, with full cycle 360 experience. Ideally knowledge of private markets or associated transferable financial backgrounds.

As a consultant with some success, you will already have an understanding of what excellence needs to look like. We need a strong track-record of successful sourcing, business development, networking and ability to build strong relationships as expected.

Responsibilities

• Able to approach senior candidates and pitch clients, as well as assess candidates and curate short-lists.
• Attention to detail, enjoys both mapping markets and building new business
• Ability to present candidates to clients, discuss interview feedback and provide advice and consultancy around the market

Qualifications

• Strong track-record in executive search or quality contingent recruitment with full cycle 360 experience
• Knowledge of private markets or related transferrable financial backgrounds
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with self-awareness, drive, resilience and high EQ

This will give you a hybrid work day pattern from central London offices.

Salary is genuinely open and earning potential incentivised to make the right next move here.
