Oliver Wyman is seeking an experienced Senior Learning Product Manager to join our team in London. This role supports the firm’s learning strategy with innovative products that drive lasting behavioural change and align with business priorities. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid environment and will be expected to be in the London Baker Street office at least 60% of the time.

About the role

As our Senior Learning Product Manager, you will lead initiatives that empower colleagues across the Firm to own their growth and accelerate impact. This role focuses on transformative learning experiences that blend into everyday work life, from local office programs and team room learning to AI-powered solutions and performance support apps. You will architect a portfolio of products that build new habits and sustain lasting learning behavioural change.

You will work closely with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external partners to craft bold learning strategies aligned with business and talent priorities. Your expertise in surge skills will position you as a go-to thought leader, driving individual and organizational growth at scale.
