Company Overview

You will be joining a very well-established, prestigious and highly regarded specialist UK Law Firm as their Senior Legal Cashier on a full-time, permanent basis. Part of a close-knit and high-performing team of 3, this role will report directly into the Head of Finance. Based in their modern City of London office three days a week, you will have the option to work from home for the remaining two days.

Role Responsibilities

• Posting client/office account receipts and payments.
• Processing CHAPS/BACS payments using the firm\'s banking software.
• Posting and paying supplier invoices through the purchase ledger.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Posting credit card and expense claims.
• Monitoring petty cash.
• Assisting with the annual audit and accounts preparation.
• Raising credit notes when required.
• Processing bills/reports for the firm\'s biggest clients.

Role Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a medium-large sized Law Firm.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the SRA Accounts Rules.
• Experience with Legal Accounts software such as Tikit P4W, SOS, Aderant or Elite.
• Good Excel skills.
• Proactive with a demonstrable willingness to learn.
• Outstanding work ethic, strong communication skills, and the confidence to liaise with stakeholders at all levels across the business.

You will receive an annual salary of up to £60,000 (depending on experience) + Benefits (including private medical insurance, 28 days\' annual leave, 5% matched pension contribution and income protection insurance).
