We are looking for a talented competition lawyer to join this premium media and communications brand. The Competition & Regulatory team supports a broad range of fast-moving businesses, offering a variety of high-quality work to develop your competition law expertise on cutting-edge matters.

You will advise on behavioural and transactional matters (horizontal and vertical agreements, investigations, reviews, etc.), support negotiations and M&A activity, and advise on regulation, helping develop regulatory strategies and responses to legislative proposals.

You will liaise regularly with regulators, including Ofcom, CMA, and other agencies, and deliver relevant training to the business and legal team.

Ideal candidates will have strong academic backgrounds, solid competition law experience (advisory preferred, but litigators with advisory experience are also considered), and a UK legal qualification.

This role offers opportunities for progression within the Legal & Compliance team, with flexible working arrangements (full-time, 9 days in 10, or 4 days per week for the right candidate). Secondments and internal mobility are common.
