About the Role As a General Litigation Solicitor, you will manage a diverse caseload, advising and representing clients in commercial, civil, and probate disputes. You will play a key role in resolving inheritance disputes, will challenges, and trust litigation while also handling broader contentious matters. Key Responsibilities Managing a varied caseload, including contract disputes, property litigation, debt recovery, and contentious probate matters.Advising clients on inheritance disputes, will challenges, executor/trustee disputes, and Court of Protection matters.Conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and preparing case strategies.Representing clients in court proceedings, mediation, and settlement negotiations.Providing clear, commercially sound legal advice to clients.Collaborating with colleagues to ensure efficient case progression. About You Qualified Solicitor with 7 years PQE in litigation.Experience in contentious probate and general dispute resolution.Strong knowledge of civil procedure and trust/estate litigation.Excellent advocacy, negotiation, and drafting skills.Ability to manage a busy caseload with attention to detail.A proactive and client-focused approach.
