Senior Market Integration Partner (Senior Account Director), Our LEGO Agency
New Today
Overview
Are you ready to help shape a lead agency model and play an integral role in delivering exceptional creative output for the LEGO Group? Be at the forefront of our Marketing Transformation in this newly created Market Integration role — a pivotal senior account management role designed to support multi-market and market-driven briefs, working closely with our Western Europe Design BUs (FRIB and EUC), internal teams, and external agencies.
Our LEGO Agency London focuses on developing campaigns from Global to local, covering the full value chain from campaign strategy to in-market executions. We balance work from Global projects to campaigns for WE and CEEMEA markets with a special focus on FRIB, EUC and UK, balanced with Global occasions campaigns.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage and orchestrate briefs across a wide mix of workstreams—sometimes briefing internal teams, other times steering external agency partners to deliver high-quality, insight-driven campaigns, working primarily with the Markets and Channels team as well as FRIB (France/Iberia) and EUC (Germany/Austria/Swiss) markets.
- Act as a key support to the Strategic Development and Leadership Team, helping embed this important new capability into the Hub and elevating our Lead Agency Model through improved governance, consistency, and collaboration.
- Ensure flawless execution of campaigns, partnering closely with Project Management and Production to deliver outstanding work on time, on budget, and to brief.
- Develop deep, trusted relationships with internal stakeholders across the business, understanding priorities at a central, regional and market level, and tailoring your approach to reflect local nuances.
- Champion creativity and craft by providing clear and inspiring feedback, creating the right conditions for creative ideas to thrive across brand, product, and shopper marketing.
- Contribute to a dynamic, close-knit team culture, bringing energy, perspective, and a collaborative spirit that helps raise the bar for the entire LEGO Agency.
What you’ll bring / Qualifications
- Proven experience from a world-class creative agency, having delivered standout work for major brands in advertising or integrated marketing, ideally at Account Director level or higher.
- You’ve led Global and Market-specific campaigns balancing delivering at scale with local nuance.
- You have deep expertise in developing campaigns for France and Germany. You have lived in one of the two markets, have significant experience working with stakeholders in those markets, and understand what it takes to deliver standout work there.
- Fluency in French or German is preferred.
- You’ve worked across Brand and Product marketing (Shopper experience is a bonus) and know what it takes to deliver at scale without losing the magic.
- You’re curious, tenacious, and energized by navigating the complexity of a growing global business—and you thrive on understanding every layer of it.
- You’re always thinking one step ahead: how to improve the work, deepen relationships, and raise the bar at every stage.
- You're the go-to voice in the room—trusted by partners for your strategic thinking, valued by creatives for your craft intuition, relied on by strategists for your sharp perspective, and respected by project managers for knowing how to deliver.
- You communicate with clarity, influence with empathy, and collaborate with purpose.
- And at your core, you’re fundamentally creative - not just in the work, but in how you solve problems, manage teams, and play.
- Dedicated and nice – you’re a team player with strong team-and culture building skills admired for your values and generosity to others.
- Sense of fun and playfulness, after all we work for a toy company!
