Job Description — Are you ready to help shape a lead agency model and play an integral role in delivering exceptional creative output for the LEGO Group? Be at the forefront of our Marketing Transformation in this newly created Market Integration role — a pivotal senior account management position designed to support multi-market and market-driven briefs, working closely with our Western Europe Design BUs (FRIB and EUC), internal teams, and external agencies.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage and orchestrate briefs across a wide mix of workstreams—brief internal teams or steer external agency partners to deliver high-quality, insight-driven campaigns, working primarily with our Markets and Channels' team as well as FRIB (France/Iberia) and EUC (Germany/Austria/Swiss) markets.
  • Act as a key support to the Strategic Development and Leadership Team, helping embed this new capability into the Hub and elevating our Lead Agency Model through improved governance, consistency, and collaboration.
  • Ensure flawless execution of campaigns, partnering closely with Project Management and Production to deliver outstanding work on time, on budget, and to brief.
  • Develop deep, trusted relationships with internal stakeholders across the business, understanding business priorities at a central, regional and market level, and tailoring your approach to reflect local nuances.
  • Champion creativity and craft, providing clear and inspiring feedback, and creating the right conditions for creative ideas to thrive across brand, product, and shopper marketing.
  • Contribute to a dynamic, close-knit team culture, bringing energy, perspective, and a collaborative spirit that helps raise the bar for the entire LEGO Agency.

What you’ll need

  • Proven experience from a world-class creative agency, delivering standout work for major brands in advertising or integrated marketing, ideally at Account Director level or higher.
  • Experience leading Global and Market-specific campaigns, balancing delivering at scale with local nuance.
  • Deep expertise in developing campaigns for France and Germany. Lived in one of the two markets, with significant experience working with stakeholders in those markets, and a strong understanding of what it takes to deliver standout work there.
  • Fluency in French or German is preferred.
  • Experience working across Brand and Product marketing (Shopper experience is a bonus) and delivering at scale without losing the magic.
  • Curious, tenacious, and energized by navigating the complexity of a growing global business; thrives on understanding every layer of it.
  • Always thinking one step ahead to improve the work, deepen relationships, and raise the bar at every stage.
  • Strong communicator who influences with clarity, collaborates with empathy, and delivers with purpose.
  • Creative at heart — skilled at solving problems, managing teams, and delivering with a pioneering mindset.
  • Dedicated team player with strong team-building and cultural skills, admired for values and generosity to others.
  • A sense of fun and playfulness, reflecting our toy-company context.
