Life at Axon is fast-paced, challenging and meaningful. We build technology that helps first responders, security teams, and communities act with speed, clarity, and confidence in moments that matter most. Our Real-Time Operations (RTO) portfolio, anchored by the Fusus platform, is transforming how law enforcement, enterprise security, and international agencies detect, assess, and respond to threats. Mobile is increasingly the first and only interface field users rely on. We’re building a world-class mobile experience that puts critical intelligence in the hands of users on the move.

Your Impact
As Senior Product Manager II for Mobile Experience, you will define and lead the mobile roadmap for Fusus, accelerating iOS and Android as frontline interfaces for real-time operations. What You’ll Do

  • Own the mobile product roadmap for iOS and Android, focused on high-urgency field use cases
  • Build mobile workflows that unify video, maps, alerts, unit locations, LPR hits, drones, and nearby device control
  • Design fast, intuitive ways to monitor incidents, follow response, and share intelligence from the field
  • Partner with engineering and design to ship responsive, low-latency, and reliable mobile features
  • Engage global law enforcement and enterprise users to validate needs and test improvements
  • Ensure the app is performant, secure, and trusted on smartphones, tablets, and vehicle-mounted devices
  • Align with other product teams to ensure seamless handoffs between mobile and desktop
  • Use metrics and feedback to refine roadmap and improve day-to-day field utility
  • Support go-to-market, training, and rollout with cross-functional teams

What Success Looks Like

  • Mobile users have quick access to the right mix of video, maps, alerts, and responder locations, improving response time, coordination, and post-incident reporting
  • Adoption grows across customer segments with high daily use, strong retention, and positive field feedback
  • Every second saved contributes to safer outcomes for officers, teams, and the public

What You Bring

  • 6–8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years with mobile-first platforms on iOS and Android
  • Experience building field-used products where speed, clarity, and reliability matter
  • Strong grasp of mobile UX, map interfaces, real-time data, and performance on edge devices
  • Familiar with live video, geolocation, LPR, drone telemetry, and alerting systems
  • Track record of turning user insights into clear product direction and focused execution
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through roadmap, design, delivery, and iteration
  • Clear communicator who drives alignment, decisions, and measurable outcomes
