What You'll Do

  • Own the mobile product roadmap for iOS and Android, focused on high-urgency field use cases
  • Build mobile workflows that unify video, maps, alerts, unit locations, LPR hits, drones, and nearby device control
  • Design fast, intuitive ways to monitor incidents, follow response, and share intelligence from the field
  • Partner with engineering and design to ship responsive, low-latency, and reliable mobile features
  • Engage global law enforcement and enterprise users to validate needs and test improvements
  • Ensure the app is performant, secure, and trusted on smartphones, tablets, and vehicle-mounted devices
  • Align with other product teams to ensure seamless handoffs between mobile and desktop
  • Use metrics and feedback to refine roadmap and improve day-to-day field utility
  • Support go-to-market, training, and rollout with cross-functional teams

  • Mobile users have quick access to the right mix of video, maps, alerts, and responder locations—improving response time, coordination, and post-incident reporting
  • Adoption grows across customer segments with high daily use, strong retention, and positive field feedback
  • Every second saved contributes to safer outcomes for officers, teams, and the public

What You Bring

  • 6-8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years with mobile-first platforms on iOS and Android
  • Experience building field-used products where speed, clarity, and reliability matter
  • Strong grasp of mobile UX, map interfaces, real-time data, and performance on edge devices
  • Familiar with live video, geolocation, LPR, drone telemetry, and alerting systems
  • Track record of turning user insights into clear product direction and focused execution
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through roadmap, design, delivery, and iteration
  • Clear communicator who drives alignment, decisions, and measurable outcomes

This role is based out of our London Bridge and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation.
